We understand that wedding event is different same as the budget and the couples vision for it, this is why our packages are completely personalized for every client and prices as well to make sure we don't over charge and everything gets done between your budget.

Val will make sure that you get the complete wedding planning experience, including venue selection, catering, decor and more!
From the day of the initial interview until the feedback after the wedding, we’ll take care of all the details for your big day, including:
Initial interview (Consultation, questionnaire and checklist)
Timeline of planning from day one to the wedding day
All the details will be planned! (rentals, decorations, catering, honeymoon, venue, transportation, floorplan, drinks, officiant, protocol, flowers… everything!)
Unlimited phone communication
Trusted vendor list, communication and booking/interview with vendors
Three 90 minute meetings for details discussion scheduled through the planning process
2 hour rehearsal
Set up and tear down assistance for the event
Coordination of the event (12 hour max)
Wedding emergency kit
Post-wedding meeting to close up and feedback
Platinum package
This package includes a One month before the wedding planning, where Val would be taking care of vendor management, venue coordination, last details and day of the wedding coordination.

Day of coordination
With this package you’ll get a wedding day coordinator that will take care of all the details in your big day so you can enjoy your celebration. This package includes:
2 weeks prior event welcome meeting and interview to go over checklist and vendor plan (no time limit for this)
Unlimited over the phone communication
Full communication and coordination with venue and vendors
1 hr rehearsal
Emergency wedding kit
Decor and set up/ tear down assistance
Full day of coordination (up to 10 hrs)
