How long does the Luxury picnic last?

Our set ups are initially planned for 2 hours. It can be extended depending on schedule availability, and the needs of our clients for a personalized extra fee.

What happens in case weather is not the best at the moment of our reservation?

Our set ups depend a lot on weather! There is three case scenarios that can make us consider our plans:

• Rain/ Storms / Severe Weather advisory

• Windy conditions: Wind Gusts of more than 18 mph

• High tides or beach adverse conditions.

In this cases we can relocate the picnic to the Airbnb or the place you are renting or where you leave so we can have a nice indoor picnic, or if possible for you we can reschedule for another date.

Can we take our own food/soft drinks with us?

Absolutely! We offer a modified package with no charcuterie or drinks included so you can put that money towards your own meal!

Have in mind that we do not pick up or handle any food that is not included in our packages, so plan to have it with you when you arrive to your picnic.

Do we offer food options?

We partnered with Cocina By Claudia to offer a variety of food from Charcuterie boards (included in our packages) to empanadas, fruit sticks and more! Do you offer alcoholic drinks or can we take our own drinks with us?

Under the laws of the state of South Carolina we are not allowed to serve alcoholic beverages to our clients in public spaces like Beaches, parks, etc, and there are very expensive fines for each person that is found on public spaces with alcoholic drinks For this reason we as a company do not provide this kind of service if the picnic/event will be hosted in a public setting.

You can take your own drinks to settings that were set up for private spaces (AirBnB set ups, event venues, etc) always that are allowed by the owner of the property. All alcoholic drinks that you have in our settings are by your own discretion and responsibility.

Do you offer food options for guests with alimentary restrictions?

When we inquire about all the details that we need to have in mind to plan our events we make sure to take in all information related to allergies or food restrictions for all guests to make sure we can plan for this with our Partner Cocina By Claudia.
